“To be able to look back upon one's life in satisfaction, is to live twice”

Attending the funeral for this lovely lady last weekend and hearing the reminiscences from her family, it seems as if she had well earned the privilege of living twice.
I am not sure who took this photograph but it was one of many that one of her sons and one of her grandsons lovingly used to create a montage spanning eight decades. As one who had not had the fortune of knowing her well, for me this was quite wonderful.

What a wonderful photo! It sounds as though the woman in the photo has left behind quite a legacy. May she rest in peace.

I agree with Audrey - a wonderful photo of Grammie.
