you

comfort in a boundary
I shall not fly away
warmth in a foundation
inviting me to stay
limitless in slumber
I dream of things anew
no other cover
except my lover
I long for only you

Thanks to the Mag

Beautiful, lyrical piece.

Can you explain why leaving out all punctuation helps the reader to understand what you are trying to say?

Doctor FTSE,

I am not sure that it does.

When something creates images and impressions in my mind, I place them verbally in a small pile, hopefully arranged attractively. Others seeing this may react in a personal way as fits their present being. Sometimes I am not necessarily "tryng to say" anything specific.

One might wish that a non- objective artist put a horizon and a few vertical lines that we might better divine the object that inspired him/her. The manner of writing these little verses is admittedly somewhat self-indulgent. In my profession I must write academically and administratively to convey complex concepts to others in a very precise manner in order that they clearly understand my intent. When I get a prompt from Tess it is a delight to be able in a couple of minutes to jot down my immediate reaction without any consideration of persuading possible readers.
