A man's reach must exceed his grasp
but what about a woman's
is this a mother's clasp?
Is she still extending
from another plane
the clutch is never ending
what does she hope to gain?
No head no heart but only hands
hold from the other side
by itself this image stands
impossible to hide
You've grasped the gem
it's only stone
show it then
you're still alone
A man's reach must exceed his grasp
but what about a woman's
is this a mother's clasp?

Or what's a heaven for...
you speak for me,
love the wonders between perceptions of men and women...
when i walk among the graves often my mine wanders to the persons story...were they a mother...perhaps...with their heart in their hands..
Ah, yes, a mother's love never ends!!Even at the edge of eternity? it must be so...or...
Brilliant! I like the idea of the mother reaching out from beyond and refusing to let go of that which she once held physically. And like Taylor, I appreciate how you incorporated the differences between the sexes. Nicely done.
I liked your take on this.
A mother's clasp...
Well done!
=)
You pose fascinating questions with this Mag ...
An interesting topic and approached powerfully.
I have spent a great deal of my life pondering rather the same things.
Bravo.
